The average price of homes listed in Orange County is right around $749,999. And, according to local Realtors, homes priced in the range of $750,000 to $950,000 are selling like hot cakes. If your home is move-in ready and priced right in this range, you can expect multiple offers as soon as that sign goes in the yard!
